I bought the crib for Mason--so he'd have a place to sleep when he came to visit Nonny.

I made the afghan for Garrett--
blue for little boys
and pink roses just because . . .

I added the mobile
to light Michael's dreams
with stars and a moon,
to thread them through with lullabies.

But today time turned a page . . .
